How it works
Calendar months are counted from the birth date, clamping to the last day of shorter months. Remaining days are measured in UTC so daylight saving cannot alter the result. A February 29 anniversary falls on February 28 in non-leap years under this convention.

Which cutoff date should I use?
Enter the age cutoff date in the official notification. The calculator leaves it blank until you choose one; it does not silently use today.
How are end-of-month dates handled?
An anniversary is clamped to the last day of a shorter month. For example, January 31 to February 28 is one month. Official eligibility may use a different date-of-birth interval.
